Families Caring for;
Special Needs Children
Families and caregivers caring for children with autism or diabetes are true superheroes for the challenges and difficulties they often face. The Amber Alert GPS Global Monitoring System is a technology that can assist parents with locating their child in the event they were to wander off. Also, the SOS button can be activated by the diabetic child under a time of sudden stress or need giving the parent a “help me” alert followed by a location map of the child’s exact where abouts.
Elderly with Alzheimer’s and Dementia
It is currently estimated that Alzheimer's disease affects more than 450,000 Canadians. This number is expected to double by the year 2031 with at least an estimated ¾ of a million patients. It is estimated that one to four family members act as caregivers for each individual afflicted with Alzheimer's disease. Families and caregivers of the elderly that are affected by Alzheimer’s and Dementia can now monitor and locate their loved ones in seconds of their known disappearance.

Foster Care
Currently there are 88,000 children in foster care in Canada with 34,423 in Ontario alone. Many of the foster care facilities are over capacity and would benefit from the Amber Alert GPS Global Monitoring System. By increasing the security level of the care facility and giving the caregivers the tools to safely recover run away children, potential danger and trouble can be averted.
